Wintery Mix it up!

So it’s another snow day in Asheville! Well, it’s actually a snowy icy wintery mixy day — one of those annoying days that mean you can’t really play outside, but you can’t really drive anywhere, either. LUCKILY, Josh has homework, I have a blog, and we’ve got all the coffee we can drink. Provided the power stays on for us.
In my stir-crazy restlessness, I pulled out my little Flip Video to see what was saved on there. And I found a video from our honeymoon! It’s the guided tour of our INCREDIBLE honeymoon suite at the Ft. Lauderdale Hilton. We only stayed for one night — we cruised with Carnival out of Miami — but I could have been easily convinced to stay forever. Small town girls like me rarely get to stay in hotel rooms like THAT. I’m so glad I found the video! It’s definitely a memory I treasure.
So, here you go! A blast from the not-so-distant past. At the very least, I love looking at all that sunshine.

Also. I want to show you all another video — this one comes from Danielle Ate The Sandwich, probably the closest I have to a celebrity doppelganger, a recording artist from out west.
